The Palgrave Tennis Club (PTC) has four hard surfaced courts, with night lighting, available to our members from May to October.

Adding to our quaint country setting in Palgrave, we have our Historical Log Clubhouse with washrooms, storage and kitchen facilities.

The Log Clubhouse began its life around 1840 as a pioneer home.  It then became the gift shop at Black Creek Pioneer Village.  When the Village reconfigured its entrance, the old structure became redundant, whereupon it was transported by huge flatbed trucks to Palgrave.  It has served as the Clubhouse for the Palgrave Tennis Club since the early 1980's.

The 2025 Tennis Season is well underway.

Stay tuned for updates about upcoming events or, better yet, join the club to
participate in league nights, lessons and/or competitive play!
Check out our Court Calendar under "Upcoming Events" for court availability.

NOTE:  For specific events, all 4 courts are in use unless
otherwise indicated i.e. "Clinic, Using 2 Courts"

"Family Fun Social" Night - Friday, June 6th was a huge success!

We hosted our first "Family Fun Social" night, and it was a smashing success (pun intended!).

There was pizza, a cash concession stand, games and crafts for the kids, and, most importantly, there was tennis!  Matches were for fun and set up with mixed adults or child and parent teams.

A big shout out and thank you to TruGrp Inc. Construction & Restoration who generously donated the pizza for our "Family Fun Social" Night.

And many thanks to Kally and her team of volunteers for planning and organizing this event!

Check out our NEW Adult Lessons - Cardio Tennis!

A typical Cardio Tennis lesson includes a quick warm-up, a cardio workout, and a cool down. You get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest, similar to interval training, and, in addition, it will be a drills and ball feed class to  work on your strokes.  Further details can be found on the Programs page.

This great workout, both for tennis and fitness, is taught by our new Assistant Coach, Amir Davoodi!  Don't miss out on this opportunity with Amir to up your game and show off your improved skills to your opponents!

Looking for Doubles Interclub B Team Players!

Attention all club members wishing to take their tennis game to the next level by playing some interclub tennis this 2025 season.

The Palgrave Doubles Interclub B Team is looking for all interested men and women tennis players who are available Thursday evenings (7pm - 9pm, May to August) to play home matches at Palgrave and/or away matches at Caledon, Mono, Bolton, Erin, Belfountain, and Orangeville.  Each week there will be one men's doubles match, one ladies doubles match and two mixed doubles matches; therefore, 4 men and 4 women are needed each match/week.  The level of play is 3.5 and higher.

We need both regular players (who can play most Thursdays) and subs (who are available some Thursdays).

Please contact Rob Toth by email, [email protected], or by phone/text, 647-335-1146, if you have any questions and/or are interested in playing.  We look forward to seeing you!
