Club OTA 2018
As a member of the Palgrave Tennis Club, you can also become a member of the OTA new loyalty programme. This card is free and exclusive to OTA Club Members. Once activated it allows you to take advantage of some great deals on products, services and contests.
If you were a member of PTC in 2017, you should have received a card, which is still valid for 2018.
For new members, cards will distributed upon your 2018 registration. Should you be a member and not have a card, just let us know and we'll make sure that we send one out to you.
To activate your card - go online to hhtp://tennisontario.com - click on the Club OTA icon to enter the Member ID code from your card. Note: ID and Password are case sensitive.
