Family Registration

 

Use this procedure when 1 or more adults and/or children within a family are joining as members.

 

Step 1:          Print and Complete a Registration Form

 

Step 2:          Print and Complete a Family Waiver

Step 3:          Print and Complete a Junior Health Form for each child

 

Single Registration

 

Use this procedure when 1 adult is joining.

 

Step 1:          Print and Complete a Registration Form

Step 2:          Print and Complete a Single Waiver

 

Student or Junior Registration

 

Use this procedure when a student or junior are joining as members.

 

Step 1:          Print and Complete a Registration Form

Step 2:          Print and Complete a Junior Waiver

Step 3:          Print and Complete a Junior Health Form
