How to Register and Become a Member
The Outdoor Tennis Season Runs From May 1, 2017 - October 31, 2017
Please select and print the required forms from the links on the right.
Every Membership requires a Registration Form.
This covers your contact information, type of membership and names of family members.
On the registration from you can also register for the programs/teams/clinics
that you and/or your family members wish to participate in.
Note this year we have made some improvements to the registration form. Enter an X in the program of choice and the form will automatically input costs and total your fees at the bottom of the page therefore allowing you to complete the form prior to printing it.
Every Membership also requires a Waiver Form.
New this year, we only require one waiver per household.
If you have a youth that will be participating in any of our programs
you must also complete a Junior Health Form (one per youth)
Once all the required forms are completed, please ensure they are signed and either put in the mail, with full payment enclosed, or brought to us during our registration dates.
We take cash, cheque or e-transfer (email e-transfer to email@example.com)

Saturday, April 1st - 9am to Noon. PALGRAVE TENNIS CLUB
